If you are lacking in any one of these attributes, you may feel stuck in your life, a looming dullness amidst your otherwise steady world, or an underlying unhappiness even though all of your needs are being met. Even further, you may feel ready to give back to the world but you don't know where to begin.
Happiness does not come from finally making enough money, finding romantic fulfillment, looking good enough, or achieving praise from peers, family, and friends. True and LASTING happiness comes from 1) building a balanced emotional and mental perspective of the world around you, 2) growing a resilient mental and emotional capacity to deal with life's uncertainty, 3) maintaining healthy and empowering relationships with yourself and others, and 4) expressing your unique desires and passions without fear of what others think.

Details: Each session will be conducted over the phone. Although no two sessions are the same because they are so personally tailored to your goals, you can usually expect to see a dynamic integration of the following practices: intuitive questioning from Darren that helps clarify and organize your thoughts and brings to light hidden emotions; teachings and practice of self-led inquiry to understand your conscious and subconscious needs; meditation lessons specifically shaped to your needs and temperament; assigned mental and physical homework that will grow the parts of your mind and body that need the most balancing; channeled guidance, perspectives, prayers, and mantras to pinpoint your greatest needs.
